The parking situation at the front door was inconvenient and difficult to manage. I also had trouble reaching the hotel by phone when I needed directions.

My room did not have the large bed I had requested, instead I was given two small twin beds. the parking situation was also inconvenient, with the front door inaccessible for parking and the back door requiring a trek with luggage.
